      Pros

      good place to work, you have plenty of opportunities to learn, to change your domains of interest. Nice co-workers, great balance family-work. For me, it's a great place to start your carrier, when you need to learn a lot, and to end your carrier when pressure is to avoid.

      Cons

      If you're the best of the team, you'll have 13,5% for your bonus and 300€ of annual raise, if you're the worst, you'll have 12% and 300€ of annual raise. If you're the best, you will have nothing when you leave, if you're the worst, they could give you money if you leave the team or the company. So yeah, working in orange is sometimes a bit frustrating.

      not very international in general, Franco French centric cost killing measures excised regularly hard to move up in the organization organization is not streamlined and hard to identity people (no org charts for sales force) poor salary expectations
