      - very dynamic - always on the pulse of innovation - market leader in software - best stack of integration software in the market - many possibilities - intersting opportunities - strong focus of developing employees (eg. soft skill trrainings)

      Cons

      - once the salary is fixed, very little adjustment for salary increase - very revenue driven, sometimes the employees should be more in the middle of focus rather the share holder value. - paying dividends, but no salaray increases. ...

      Pros

      Great benefits and understanding company if you want to take time off from work Oracle is usually very flexible.

      Cons

      Low salary, little career progression beyond sales. The pay increase yearly is very low and the internal career plans are somewhat unclear. Many of the best leave for well paid job elsewhere after a few years.

      Limited area of functioning. Dont get to see the big picture. One specializes in a narrow area.
