      Pros

      Oracle is a consistent company in pay and expectations. The benefits are the best I have ever had in my five years in the Tech industry.

      Cons

      When they need to cut they cut deep.Oracle also has a hard time keeping the good employees due to hiring practices.

      1. Financially stable 2. Great clients 3. Good scope for career development 4. Great people in the organization

      Cons

      1. Great pay only if you get it as you join in. Increments are minimal 2. Traditionally regarded as technical company. So, if you are a non technical person, you don't go too far 3. Very sales driven 4. Little scope for balancing work and life if you are into consulting

      Pros

      Probably many great places to be within a company of this size and with its history of innovation, if you manage to find them. Great company on the whole, with great products.

      Cons

      Depends upon your team and management. Incompetence will not be difficult to find. Plenty of employees with few or no real abilities. Slow-moving. If you enjoy being backstabbed, this may be the place for you. If you can perform, you may be seen as a threat.
