      Pros

      good work life balance. very stable job compared to other companies. one can learn a lot and no work pressure.

      Cons

      there is hardly any quality work done. on top of that, compensation is very very ordinary. people are hired in dozens and as a result, average workforce. anyway, they don't need quality workforce.

      Pros

      Oracle provides a lot of skills and technical training. If you are willing to network and work hard - then it is a great place to work and thrive.

      Cons

      Expectations are high - however if you are a competent hard worker - that is not an issue!

      Pros

      Ability to shape a leading product and work with customers from top companies. Pretty good work - life balance. Compensation is fair but not great.

      Cons

      It's a big company so it can be hard to get things done. There are lots of managers that have engineering backgrounds - so it can be challenging to effectively market and position your products.
