Pros

The salary is pretty good compared to anything else I found for my experience.

Cons

Took 3 months before I got onboarded. I was initially told I did not need to renew my contract but they couldnt find another client. Poor communication (read none), got fired for not renewing with the client I was with. . Blame it on me and I was told I should have renewed but only after it was too late to renew.

Pros

Good work atmosphere, skilled people

Cons

Pathetic compensation. You have to have what their customer want (certifications, experience, blabla...) if you want a bigger piece of the cake. Otherwise, you will work A LOT and will get a few crumbs... very disappointing. Just go freelance or in a young startup/scaleup, same struggle but you will earn WAY MORE.

Pros

Montreal offices are pretty friendly. Workers are given space to breathe and work at a sensible pace.

Cons

Eye of Sauron (France HQ) is ever watchful. Heads get chopped when the politics tides shift. The corporate culture in France is cringy. They all take their jobs as an extension of themselves. Tryhards all the way down.
