- If you are a consultant working with the client onsite, you can feel very lonely and will have poor company sense of belonging - The more people you'll know in the office the more good opportunities you'll have, the is a lack of transparency in the staffing system - Flat hierarchy is theoretically a good idea but you have a lack of transparency from the partners (they can decide anything at anytime without giving you the opportunity to give your advice) and you don't always really fathom what are their roles on a project. - Lot of political games happening within the top management, some partners creates toxic work environnement and it seems accepted by the company even if impacts the teams.

Bcp de com en interne sur des coquilles vides, ça donne l'impression que ça bouge mais au final non Manque de transparence sur les attendus de passage de grade Manque d'accompagnement dans le développement de la carrière du consultant (ils mettent en place un cadre fictif qui n'est pas du tout fonctionnel/ efficace) Aucune considération pour les anciens collaborateurs Missions pas ouf en terme de qualité
