      Pros

      Really nice work environment, open to learning, horizontal hierarchy where you could even ask questions to the company VP at any moment and he would even put his work aside to help you assist a customer issue. Excellent visibility of the company to the customers, excellent infrastructure and very nice company culture. Also, it was very nice to know, at all times, that both supervisors and managing partners will back you up as long as you won't lie to the customers.

      Cons

      Too short-term vision on mostly every decision the company takes, leading to issues hard to explain to customers. Shifts are a bit difficult to get use to it and in some cases changed too often.
