      * Flexible working hours * Best management * Best working environment * Good people to work with * Plenty of opportunity to grow * Good pay ;)

      Cons

      * Difficulty in communication with administration due to time zone difference. * Everyday come up with new problems creating new challenges.

      Tha launch of vCloud Air powered by OVH

      Pros

      The combination of VMware software and Cloud services (in the form of vCloud Air) coupled with the the automation and efficiency of OVH Datacenters plus Open Stack and bare metal servers linked with private dark-fibre network is going to make a big difference to customers. As a proposition it is a big improvement over VMware vCloud Air and that was compelling for the right Use Case. With a start-up mentality, initiative, creativity and entrepreneurialism is encouraged.

      Cons

      The full capability will be rolled out over the next few months which makes sales campaigns more challenging. It is a start-up environment so don't assume everything is in place - it is coming!

      Pros

      There are certainly many pros to working at OVH US; as it is a new separate entity from the rest of OVH, it is being built from the ground up with the guidance of certified professionals with long standing IT work history for major tech companies from all over the country. The benefits are currently great, plenty of vacation and sick time, fantastic health, dental and vision insurance and 401K. Great new offices with a friendly team environment and a great energy to be part of when it comes to a pseudo-start up like we are. Career advancement opportunities and training are available and highly recommended for employees to try to have as much career growth opportunity as possible

      Cons

      As it is currently very much a start up, it has a start up environment which can be very different from a well established corporation. Not everyone can handle this environment and it requires a highly fluid and collaborative mindset. Things change frequently and one must be able to roll with the punches
