      Pros

      Booming industry, willingness to try and innovate, in everyway. Driven by tech and people who are very proud of their work.

      Cons

      Growth causes pain and discomfort. Tolerance to change is a requirement. Need to learn simultaneously how to catch a moving train and to adapt to international growth.

      Pros

      In OVH people feel that they really make part of something, not only because there is a like minded atmosphere in terms of dedication, cooperation and friendship, but also because people feel that what they do and say matters. There is also a good work-life balance and the pay is above the average. Finally people have opportunities in terms of career growth and international mobility inside the company.

      OVH is growing really fast, so the company is going through a reorganization phase (structure and processes)

      if you are not close to HQ, it's hard to show your abilities, other managers talk by their stats about totall performance instead of promoting the individual
