      Nice people Bus/Metro pass 50% off Great benefits Easy access right in the heart of downtown Montreal Fruit baskets 3 times a week Great learning experience

      Cons

      Horrendous scheduling ( Early morning / Evening / Night Shift ) Low salary not really competitive compared to the other companies The only possibility of advancement is really limited unless you're in France No possibility in advancing into other departments Management needs to start listening and communicating Internal communications No appreciation in the efforts you provide Social life non existant

      Pros

      - Well located just above the Eaton Center - 5% RRSP (after 2 years) - STM pass paid by the company - Fruit basket twice a week - Free coffee - Business trips to France for trainings - Lunch and Learn once per month (If the company can afford the food) - Nice coworkers and good team spirit (until some people left)

      Cons

      - Growing pains since a few years - Repetitive work - Almost no documentation - Little to no appreciation of your work - Understaffed teams - Salaries are a little lower than the market - Limited opportunites to grow in your role in Montreal unless you are in France - Difficulties working with subs like Montreal or other different timezones - Internal communication is pretty bad ... - Awful atmosphere, lots of smart people left the company during this year, - Management inexperienced or non-existent, good example of the Peter principle

      The company was a great place to work but this was mainly the people not the job it's self,

      Cons

      You dont get recognized for your efforts, there was no job progression at all there was no bonus for my position training was non existent over all having the knowledge i do now i would not work for OVHCloud again
