- Well located just above the Eaton Center - 5% RRSP (after 2 years) - STM pass paid by the company - Fruit basket twice a week - Free coffee - Business trips to France for trainings - Lunch and Learn once per month (If the company can afford the food) - Nice coworkers and good team spirit (until some people left)
Cons
- Growing pains since a few years - Repetitive work - Almost no documentation - Little to no appreciation of your work - Understaffed teams - Salaries are a little lower than the market - Limited opportunites to grow in your role in Montreal unless you are in France - Difficulties working with subs like Montreal or other different timezones - Internal communication is pretty bad ... - Awful atmosphere, lots of smart people left the company during this year, - Management inexperienced or non-existent, good example of the Peter principle
