People who are only graduates BA or B.com are managing people who have done MBA from premier institutes as ISB and IIM. Just because they are older in system they become managers and then due to their insecurity they will not forward good feedback of their reportees.
They introduced a new layer of leadership less than couple of years before, they are the most useless people in the organization and believe that they can increase the margins for their team by cutting associates increment and variable pays.
