Looking at the problem from the other side of the coin reveals extreme favoritism and gossips against Non Bengali team members. Managers plan to frame associates who dares to speak up. Nonsense GH created a culture of courage among such TL to do anything with associate's career. Its such a disturbing environment that Managers frame Associates, Associates frame Managers, Managers frame other Managers for projects, favoritism, hike, promotion. The hyderabad division doesn't believe in improving Patient's lives but more into Office Politics and Gossips. Confidential information of other associates are shared so as to know internal gossips (private/professional). Every Opportunity/Hike/Promotion discussion happens in the smoking area. Now this division is probably the worst place to be for anyone looking for a serious career. Would recommend premier colleges like IIT/BITs/NIT to blacklist this company as compensation is based on region and creed and not merit. Associates from their regional background are hired at twice the compensation as that of associates from IITs.

The system changed from great to worse in just 3 years. I saw the changes, the number of people leaving increased month over month. 1.Leaders are hired from declining industries like Genpact to make the system worse day by day. 2.Regional favoritism grew tremendously especially in Bengal community. 3.There is no freedom to speak up against this issue as the entire system till Group Heads are of the same community. I am glad i got out of the system.
