      What could be a great company struggles to make a positive work experience.

      Pros

      I worked for Nomad in the US for two years, and some of my coworkers were fantastic and were great to work with. The travel was great, the sector is definitely one for growth.

      Cons

      The management structure is non-existent, there were so little processes in place everything become a free for all. The HR department is non-existent, the reviews are a joke. It is a constant blame game of finger pointing when it comes to problems. Management has unrealistic expectations of what can be accomplished, and the lack of coordination and communication is startling. It's amazing that anything actually got accomplished. Pay was solid except for raise negotiations which were a joke.

      Pros

      Nimble and usually employed high talent that could pull together quickly. Arrogance was a strength for a small organisation, bidding for projects way out of its league.

      Cons

      Product was redundant before ever stable. Management was disfunctional at every level. Appauling behaviours, including late night drunk email abuses, followed by apologies next morning, apparently justified due to bi-polar disorder.

      A friendly atmosphere with lots of opportunities

      Pros

      A very fun place to work, great culture and lots of innovation. Everyone is friendly, approachable and hard-working. The company care about their employees and it is a very rewarding atmosphere. In my short time here I have achieved a lot. I've been offered training courses, development opportunities and my ideas are always heard and welcomed. I work in a small team with great colleagues and reach out to people all over the world everyday. Each day is different but always interesting.
