Pros

There used to be quite a few with like minded colleagues all trying to achieve a common goal, success for the business, innovation and happy customers! Simple! Enter the new CEO and his cronies in 2013 and the downward spiral began...rapidly!and continues...

Cons

Toxic bullying environment that starts from the top. Once a global leader now a global joke with antiquated firmware, hardware that takes years to innovate, development houses with no clue or direction, customer service that amounts to false promises and no conviction, it’s just a really sad company run by incompetent clowns!

Gave me some financial stability for a while, was innovative at the beginning. Delivery team is amazing.

unstable product lack of transparency R&D along wit CTO should have been sucked long time ago customer misinformation no disregard for hardworking staff still think they are the best

Pros

There are probably still some good people here, but they're guaranteed to leave soon.

Cons

Where can I begin? They claim to listen, and then do the exact opposite of what the workers are shouting for. They will force you to lie to customers and will not back you up when you get called out on it. They will put you on an understaffed, underfunded team headed by an incompetent manager. They will encourage pet projects, only to shut them down just as you have something worth showing. There is zero advancement potential. You will spend full days (A full 24 hours) at the office for a shot at advancement, only for someone to be brought in from outside at great expense that has no clue how the team runs. The only way to get promoted is to leave and come back. Due to the team being understaffed, you will not be able to take vacation without putting the team into worse shape than it was in before your vacation. Several OSHA violations that got swept under the rug.
