The CEO is passionate about the business The executive value all employees and really listen to ideas and let you be part of building Nomad I feel like I make a difference I've learnt so much from the experts that work here I love how Nomad care about the community and are engaging with businesses to work collaboratively and inspire tech talent

Free tea and coffee. No Christmas party.

Cons

Development is very badly managed, so the company is not exploiting the latest developments to their full. Entrenched people are holding on to older methods and easily pulling the wool over the eyes of the inept middle-management. This is easily done these days since most businesses are teaming with self-serving manager types who do not thoroughly understand their industry sector. It's a great pity for a company that has been a leader in its field.
