Pros

Not much pressure when using use personal leaves.

Cons

Good place to work for free riders. Too much cost sensitive. Never care about boosting employees' morale. Only care about benefits and welfare of Country Manager. Never get fair recognition and compensation for your performance. Severely underpaid as compared with other MNCs in Korea.

Pros

1. Mothers you all the way - An employee is guided on each and every step : Your reporting managers define and control how you work, how and what you reply, how to complete appraisal and what to write (copy and paste), what to write in Individual Development Plan (copy and paste) etc 2. Teaches you to survive in little money - Very less money: This place offers one of the lowest salaries as compared to Market and justifies this on the basis of point Number 3. 3. Believes in Equality - All Job Titles have been standardized to eliminate any opportunity to challenge pay rise: For Example - Everyone is now known as so called Sales Support thereby you are no longer in a position to question your petty salary and you have made yourself unsellable to another employer. 4. Keeps you on your toes - Ever changing Goal Posts and Structure: The business has changed its structure and who reports who but the actual work load / duties have not changed a bit. 5. Great support team of Managers – Too many Managers: The business has a whole Army of managers. We have reporting managers and have managers for reporting managers who further report to another Manager- Top heavy and very few working staff. 6. New Ideas – Wants to Implement all idiotic ideas: The business is very encouraging to morons in managerial positions to implement some silly ideas without having no knowledge of how things actual work on ground level.

Cons

There is nothing bad about this work place -- Smell Sarcasm - read above carefully.
