      Pros

      Great role player in Electrical energy as well as oil and gas sectors. When oil and gas market is down, employees will get involve in energy projects. Stable place to work. A lot of people in the company have worked for nexans more than +20 years. It says a lot about the company. possibility to move to other departments , depending to your expertise and competence.

      Cons

      Factory is located in halden 2 hours driving distance and depending to the work load it is expected to have regular visits to halden plant and meet engineering team there. like 2 times per week. If you live in oslo it is not to easy. Althogh the company is French, but some people tend to keep speaking Norwegian in maeting even though there are some foreigners in the room.
