Horrible clueless management. Dangerous noisy and dirty. Engineers are useless, the only decent ones there quit now left with "new Canadians" that know less about the processes than we do

Some of the Pros of Nexans' Walkill, NY plant are as follows: -The corporation promotes Safety at a very good level. -The Plant is very clean (mostly because everyone has to pitch in to clean) -Pay is decent

Cons

Some of the reasons not to work at Nexans are as follows: -Like any factory it is dreary and depressing at times. -Machinery is kind of old. -There are no benefits for part timers. (Not sure if there are for full timers or not).
