A little more money than minimum wage, free machine, montly 40 dollar coffee credit

Cons

Very demanding sales targets, always working evenings and weekends, difficult and entitled customers, extremely low chance of growth.

Fulltime employee get 401 k , benefits, bonus and recognition points.

Cons

Not enough staff to work Store , way too many tasks , employees hate the job so it makes it depressing to work there, customers are the worst and the company just sees u like a money sign you are just a number to them.
