Stock room is a hazard to work in. There was no safety assessments done in the new store. Some employees need to improve or pay attention to their hygiene and communication skills. Nepotism (especially in management)

Don't even know where to start .. False promises , HUGE turnover for staff , since I started about 10 or 11 members of staff has left because poor management who dosent care about their staff and what is worst nobody from Nestle HR investigate this or take some action ! Actually Upper management doesn't care at all, for them you're just a number ! If you want to be bullied , not appreciated for the hard work you do , if you don't have a personal life or anything else to do outside your work ,if you want constantly to be under pressure for not doing this and that and so on...THEN THIS IS a place to work ! If you care about your life sanity and wellness i don't recomand this ! Management attitude is disgusting they simply don't value you at all , if you sell enough and keep your AOS right , yes you make them happy, if one day you don't they tell you, you're not good enough and need to push better where targets are unrealistic and at the end of the day you can't force people to buy just to make depresso happy !
