Pros

- good pay for a retail job ($14/hour) - free coffee (and a free machine) - consistent hours - good co-workers This is a great job if you're a student that lives off of expresso and needs some extra cash.

Cons

- clientele is generally on the snobbier side - lots of favouritism Other than that, i personally did not have any problems with the company.

Pros

It's a premium Customer centric company which is truly living it's values Knowing what makes the difference for customers - a real leader

Cons

Unfortunately moving slowly from a "everything's possible start-up " to a "cost efficiency controlled business" being part of a bigger group due to it's structured centralized organisation

Pros

Most of the positions allow you to be close to the management. The company truly values every employee from what I have seen.

Cons

For the past few years, you ca feeling a Nestlization that doesn't seem to fit with Nespresso. New opportunities are scarce.
