Pros

The company provides great benefits and offers an outstanding product that customers and employees fall in love with.

Cons

There are opportunities for growth, however upper management in the corporate office maintain their policy of not promoting from within unless you serve their political agenda, and because of that there is a very high rate of employee turnover.

Hello – Thank you for your review and your comments. We’re continuously working on initiatives to enhance our company’s culture, values, ideation, communication, and employee value proposition. We benchmark all compensation with Nestlé USA as well as a broad base of CPG and retail companies who are our competition. This benchmarking is done at the position level. I can assure you our salaries are quite competitive. If you have concerns about your package, please speak to your manager or ManCom member about it. On education, we have an extensive catalog of offerings in our iLearn system which include blended training courses from Nespresso USA, Nespresso HQ, Nestlé courses and external resources using our 70-20-10 development model. Additionally, our individual development system (PDGs) are geared to putting each employee in the “driver’s seat” of their own development. Please speak to our Learning & Development Manager, and she can help better explain the options to you. Please share your concerns with the people I have mentioned above, and I’m hopeful we can improve your experience. Thank you. Guillaume Le Cunff President @ Nespresso USA

Hello – thank you for your review. Nespresso USA is growing quickly so there is always excitement in the air. We are working on a multitude of projects and engaged in many cross-functional interactions. It is our customer and employees that make our everyday work environment pleasant, interesting and rewarding. We continuously strive to improve our ways of working, by challenging the status-quo and remaining open-minded to opportunities and enhancements. Early this year, we introduced a new initiative called Goal Alignment to better align our objectives through an operational plan. Thus, leaders and team members are accountable for their deliverables. I’m hopeful you will soon see the fruits of our efforts in this area. Thank you for your feedback.
