Pros

Working at Nespresso, USA has great benefits, both internal and external. Salary is competitive, and retirement options are nice. Being under the Nestle umbrella provides stability, reliability and career options.

Cons

Marketing Campaign information (promotions, offers) is shared a bit late and not always provisioned correctly in our systems, which can cause customer and employee frustration and potentially turn customers away. Things have improved in the last year; in particular, however, this seems to be an area that can always improve.

Thank you your positive feedback. I have to admit that employees often comment on our great perks. Being part of the Nestle group allows us to offer benefits and career options covering many of our employee’s needs. Our promotional campaigns are an area of opportunity we have been working on. Through our continuous improvements efforts, we are getting better, and our new OMNI-Channel approach is creating internal efficiencies and is gradually ironing out the imperfections. We are confident we will reach greater satisfaction both internally and externally as we move forward. We certainly continue our efforts at openness and transparency. Thank you! Pros

great perks, such as company car, free lunch, transit card etc.

Cons

bad communication between departments. Bad choices in who they hire for upper management and how they let them rule the whole team.

Pros

Decent salary, compared to most of the retailers. May open up a career progression routes else where with Nestle

Cons

You will be constantly micromanaged, as a coffee specialist you have no responsibilities whatsoever apart from being nice and sweet to customers. Progression into management will take a minimum of 1.5 years regardless of your output. Definitely wouldn't recommend it for an ambitious individual.
