      My observation is a lack of senior leader in department, complex operations, and unorganized department.

Our Retail team does have a senior leader as well as a dedicated team to organize operations. Our VPs regularly visit stores nationwide, myself included, even when I’m traveling for work or personal reasons, I make time to visit our stores as I enjoy engaging with our boutique teams in store.
