      Pros

      Good pay for the level of work they expect.

      Cons

      There is a lot - this role will not teach you new skills - boutique manager knowingly ignores issues of racism and bullying from the so called "team leads" - a team lead was promoted even though they are clearly bullying others, especially new hires - team leads constantly make-out with each other IN the areas of the back - as a boutique specialist, you cant go to team leads for support - the toxic environment that is causing good ppl to quit

      Pros

      Midtown location is nice. Free coffee is a cool perk, but I had better espresso. Free lunch and commutation reimbursement.

      Cons

      Work-life balance. 24x7 mentality. Inadequate business processes and operations. To demonstrate lack of focus on operations, the head of Finance doubled as the head of operations. Should be a conflict of interest. Technology not fit for purpose - home grown.

      Pros

      It is a very good company to work for. It has a vibrant organisational culture in its head offices and boutiques. The company provides good training and development.

      Cons

      The disadvantages are that there is no clear progression opportunity through which employees can set targets to improve their performance. It is a bit of a demotivating factor.
