      Free coffee machine,coffee allowance monthly. Learn management skills

      Poor management at head office level. Bad till system. Working as a factory environment. Ridiculous rules and regulations. Unachievable expectations.

      Pros

      Great discount, free machine, and coffee. At every launch, we get to take the new coffee home. Uniform is provided and dry cleaner for the uniform is also provided.

      Cons

      Outdated computer system that slows the process down, is often crashing and does not take into account important factors when compiling summaries of sales.

      Great company with great benefits. Many opportunities for employees to learn all about sustainability and be a part of the company growth.

      Cons

      Disconnect with employees and very segregated by departments. So many changes in such short of time. It’s tume for me to move on.
