Pros

It is a great place if you want to grow. It exposes you to different departments of business. Great benefits if you are a full time employee.

Cons

Remember that it is a corporation and their priority will always be sales, not people. They talk about people culture a lot, but in reality if you are a liability in any way they will get rid of you no matter how much you have done for them.

Pros

Autonomous, with little supervision and oversight, great product so it is easy to perform demonstrations and make sales.

Cons

Sometimes it felt as though people just expected you to make coffee demonstrations for them, without any legitimate intention of actually purchasing a machine or being interested in one.
