O ordenado é bastante atrativo mesmo para um part-time

Imensa pressão por objetivos e muitas campanhas sem benefício algum, nota-se um problema grave no comando da sede em PT. Mesmo obtendo um bom prémio trimestral, não chega próximo dos prémios dos managers e chefes acima que até se entende porque tanta pressão nos atendentes.

Better pay than other retail jobs, free machine, free coffee

Cons

Terrible working conditions: the air conditioning and heat both do not work, you have to wear coats and gloves indoors and risk heat exhaustion in summer. Managers choose a target to dispose of and work against that person by a campaign of lies and passive aggressiveness. Do not apply if you have a medical restriction, no matter how mild, it will be held against you. Micromanaging to the extreme, down to everything you say. They also speak of diversity, but employees are misgendered and deadnamed.
