Pros
The level of exposure and empowerment I recieved here is comparable to no other Indian company I'd worked with.. but then again, this was 4 years ago when French expats were running the show. The Indian leaders that were installed are making it just another "you exist only to serve your entity leader" kind of workplace... Having worked with global organization's in the past, it's typical for Indian leadership.
Cons
Pockets of it are still true to the true culture and values of Michelin. The rest is just becoming a feudal system of warring entity heads. Especially in DOTI. Forget about upward feedback or constructive criticism or even questioning decisions. You submit or you'll be made the pariah through bad pr campaigns propagated behind closed door leadership meetings. They claim to take a robust career management process but it only works if you're in everyone's good books. The hr teams are fast losing their ability to hold the business in check.
