      Pros

      Work mostly by your self. challenging work, Working with the clients and consumers was the best part of the Job. Making a good product for society.

      Cons

      the pay isn't usually up to the level of work you are doing. (even though you are getting paid good, you are working very hard for it). Hard to move up. They do not usually work around a college schedule. They are 24/7 so they don't really care if you have things planned, if something happens, they expect you to be there to fill in.

      Pros

      Above average pay for the area. Continual investment to make the best product at the best possible price. Good company to work for.

      Cons

      Carter progression is very slow and restricted to the selected few. Progression does not mean an increase in salary either.
