      Cons

      Pay is reasonable but not very competitive. If you're not looking to get rich quick but instead have a long stable career with a good company, this is the place for you.

      Pros

      The benefits were good and I enjoyed the people that worked around my cubical.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Management has no idea of they're coming or going. They tell you one thing but it's incorrect, also they give you unrealistic expectations after a call is over. You have 2 minutes to complete your work when the call is over and you can not request more time. It is extremely micro managed. (TMI, they interrogated me for going to the restroom)
