These new managers only mingle with their like minded friendsor their new french counterparts and they transfer all unwanted heayv loaded tasks to indian folks. when it comes to promotion there is often a super quick move of the french third party apprentice to higher position but nothing for those working silently or even those seeking any career.they often say there is nothing for you and then keep doing magic for their prefered employees.Even onsite visit is just a tour given for these preferred employees while those in the system slogging hard are left unheard or denied
