      Antiquated, underpaying their staff, arrogant and political bosses who are trying to stay in power despite not contributing much to the company and not being very good at their job, inefficient personnel. The company is only running because of its mammoth size. There is not much learning as nobody except one is genuinely good at their work, no career progression, zero flexibility & no market rate salary.
