      Pros

      You will learn a ton about manufacturing and how a factory operates. People were friendly and willing to give advice. Good work-life balance (I usually worked 40-45hrs per week on average). Ability to change to different roles (IE -> Supply Chain -> Production, etc.) Pretty good salary if you are beginning your career.

      Cons

      Lots of time spent working on Excel spreadsheets.
