      Belle entreprise, métiers intéressants, belles perspectives si volonté d'aller à Clermont Ferrand

      Cons

      Expérience mitigée à l'usine de Troyes, qui n'était pas assez mâture ou n'avait pas la volonté d'encadrer correctement une thèse de doctorat. L'univers Michelin est malgré tout très riche et il y a énormément à apprendre.

      1.In some projects/some managers: Mental harassment, no professionalism, no respect for people and toxic work environment. 2.Some people if they are senior , at higher post in hierarchy, they bully the juniors. 3.Work life balance depends on project.
