Management is good and staff,friendly workers

Cons

Workload unmanagable. Impossible to level up. They make promises you will get level but even if you do more than enough,u wont get it. Lack of people. Alone you must do 3jobs at 3 different places. Dirty. Terrible conditions, salary is same as every other job. Your loyalty bonus DOESNT INCRESSE after two years, so whats the point to work more than two? Office workers get yearly bonus, simple workers get nothing No xmas presents two years in row Nothing for xmas.

Pros

It's an amazing entry level to the industry. The respectful culture and true commitment to a diverse workforce at the specialist level makes everyone feel valued and welcome.

Cons

Senior management is dominated by the boys club who are close to retirement and they protect each other not in the interest of clients, employees and investors.
