Pros

You'll find out the benefits of life insurance.

Cons

The compensation plan is terrible, management only cares about splitting YOUR commission with you, the industry in a whole is too difficult. You have to have a relative who is an accountant or lawyer that can feed you business, otherwise you're struggling or working 24/7. You don't get the full support you need when handling real business, only kitchen table sales. Too many useless meetings that waste more time than they're worth, very repeticious.
