Pros

Great benefits, competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, employees who actually DO the work (read: not upper management) are good people that do everything they can to hold the business together.

Cons

Technology is lacking, very conservative in most all decision making.

Pros

Great Benefits. Better compensation than most other companines in the industry. A financially strong company....not going out of business anytime soon. Snoopy is our mascot.

Cons

Management is put in a position to be dishonest with staff. Upper management is slow to react to serious inhouse situation. Management is often ambigous about goals and productivity requirements.

Metlife is good place to work. Its slow moving but very flexible. There is pportunity for career advancement. Work from home is allowed.

Cons

IT wise, it not fast moving company. Its not fast moving company technologically. So most advancement in career will depend upon individual.
