I enjoyed main of the projects I worked on and they have a good work-life program. The vacation days are pretty decent.

Cons

Process for dividing up bonuses is unfair. People who have worked at Met for a long time are not very open to new employees and very judgemental.

Metlife is good place to work. Its slow moving but very flexible. There is pportunity for career advancement. Work from home is allowed.

Cons

IT wise, it not fast moving company. Its not fast moving company technologically. So most advancement in career will depend upon individual.
