Great name recognition - Top leadership seems like they care. MetLife has a great reputation and works with the middle market as well as high net worth. That says a lot for their capabilities.

Cons

Too many changes way too often -- too hard to keep up with changes -- like turning the Titantic! Little feedback from managers Poor compensation

The snoopy logo is very cool and term insurance is a pretty good price.

Cons

they work you like a telemarketer. They keep you late sometimes until 8pm and you not even salaried.

Employees are given the benefit of telecommuting, & overall depending on which manager you are assigned they will nomrally be very flexible.

Cons

Micro Managing has become a problem for me under a new manager -in addition management styles vary across the department so it's the luck of the draw.
