Cons

Departments are very siloed. Hard to get work done when you are constantly depending on others to do their job and not communicating.

Pros

Great pay for entry-level positions. Great benefits. Fairly new department so you can easily achieve and stand out as long as you are a good employee and do your work.

Cons

Bonus structure is highly secretive and not heavily discussed. Seems to be a popularity contest. Bonus amounts can range from $250-10,000+. Also depends on your ranking/level.

Pros

Reasonable work/life balance Work from home arrangements Reasonable benefits and PTO Some ethical, talented people to work with, left over from the old MetLife

Cons

Most senior management are totally inept Extremely political, quality work has almost nothing to do with advancement opportunities Company has no respect for employees, you are expected to shut up, keep your head down and work
