Pros

It is by far the worst place i worked for.. a) There is hard to find any Pros except that you get salary at the month end

Cons

a) It is certainly a big organization where employees are really not important b) It is not a growth organization but offers a job and not a career c) A big buzz always about organization culture via emails on regular basis but it totally falls back d) One most important point: there is no point is giving feedback, since control mechanism really doesnt exist e) would feel bad to self if I would recommend anyone These are the quick ones i could think of, but the list goes on..I think the system could be improved to greater level given the employees are heard
