There isn't a lot of positivity.

Cons

You shouldn't have to debate whether or not you need to take or to care for your children after being told it is a family friendly company.

Pros

Various work arrangements that promote a healthy work-life balance. Great benefits and a PTO plan.

Cons

Compensation is NOT competitive or attractive. We train very well but lose talent to competitors because of pay.

During the months of June, July, October, November, December, January you are expected to work over the 8 hours a day with no compensation. They don't support military spouses. They don't treat all employees the same. You don't get a raise for improvements. They don't hire enough staff so they overload you. They don't care about their employees.
