Pros

- there are many great low-level employees, it easy to get along with your peers

Cons

- there was no clear strategy from the management - C-level seemed to be prejudiced, living in their bubbles - for two years, even though there was quite high inflation, there were no raises - all the benefits, integration and learning budgets were cut to zero - there is mess even on the HR level, it is difficult to get straight answers - massive layoffs (mainly Polish staff), there is no guarantee that you will be working there tomorrow - there is zero communication from C-level, they like surprises
