- There's very little respect for bottom level employees (changes are introduced without any notice and decisions are made without any without regard for the included or affected parties)
- There's no feedback given and apparently the given feedback is not honest (one thing said to me and something else to the peers) which doesn't let you improve.
- Rules and values established by higher management (including the C level) are broken by the same people without any acknowledgment or remorse.
- Voicing your concerns (as encouraged by the company's values) is frowned upon and will get you into trouble. You'll get consequences from the "anonymous" employee survey (everything was alright until the survey was submitted). Most of the concerns are either ignored or dismissed.
- Accumulated time off was removed without any warning.
- Very big changes after the new CEO took over most of them chaotic.
- No plans for the future is some departments which puts employees in the limbo without any hope for a career progression.
