      Salary paid on time, Remote work options, Great Clients, Operating in an interesting sector, Challenging and engaging product space

      Cons

      Leadership lacks the skills or ability to run and grow a company. There is a bias among C-level executives toward making short-term decisions to impress the board and save their jobs. The company fosters a toxic culture characterised by bullying and scapegoating. It lacks consistent workflows and rigorous processes, which hinders progress. Furthermore, the company operates in an extremely ad hoc and reactive manner, with priorities changing daily. There is a complete lack of line management or structured career growth opportunities.

      Over politicised, chaotic and no morals

      Pros

      It was a good experience until it wasn't. Some people were good.

      Cons

      Politicking valued over honest work. Cost cutting and layoffs seem to be the answer to everything - no actual clear strategy or patience to achieve results. C-level will set up rules and policies, but not respect them themselves, as they are above it. Overall a toxic environment.
