      Pros

      Great benefits, management that don't simply 'manage up', excellent career opportunities (e.g. Working OS), positive work environment, great staff, strong vetting procedure around hiring, professional approach to everything without being overly PC or boring, interesting clients and great in-house tech.

      Cons

      Growing slowly but steadily at present, need to focus on faster growth and expansion into other markets and revenue streams.

      So far, sooo good

      Pros

      - Friendly work environment - Stimulating clients and missions - Global knowledge pool - Located everywhere (I got transferred from one continent to the other!!) - Very fair and caring Senior Management - Good Salary and Benefit Package

      Cons

      - As any consulting work, you have to put the effort in (but Pcubed is very reasonable compared to other consultancies in terms of working time) - Flexibility is a must in terms of location and ways of working - Subject to market fluctuation in certain regions

      Great talents and excellent atmosphere

      Pros

      PCUBED is a rather small company with great talent and a very strong team spirit. The management is very attentive and supportive. The consultant team is a sum of great talent with a great range of skills and experience always willing to support each other’s.

      Cons

      The company is still rather small in Australia but it’s growing up and is well supported by the global business.
