      Many positives but my experience left a bad taste in my mouth about Lush.

      Pros

      Positive, friendly and welcoming team. Lots of free discarded products and great discount.

      Cons

      When a COVID outbreak happened, Lush thankfully mandated sanitizer and limits of # of persons allowed in the store. Unfortunately, there were visibly sick employees working. One was even asking to sit down at the cash register because they were not feeling well, sneezing and coughing on the sales floor. I soon caught a really bad case of COVID and was out for weeks completely unable to talk. I unfortunately never heard from any of the other staff or management again.

      * They will pay higher than the minimum wage * Busy environment to work in

      Cons

      * They wont give enough break and working hours in non festival time * They will fire you immediately if you are even a minute late to the shift * They won't provide any compensation!
