      Good company but many inconsistencies.

      Pros

      - 50% Discount - Generally friendly staff and working environment - Opportunities to showcase skills - Opportunities to move around in the company. - External Training - Free products - Does a lot for Charity - Can actually have a chat with people without feeling like you have to force sales down their throat. - Rotas done 4 weeks in advance so can plan personal life however this isn't the case for all stores.

      Cons

      -High expectations from head office with regards to customer service that many customers don't enjoy. - Inconsistencies with management. - Can be favouritism - Small team means that if there are disagreements it can make things uncomfortable. - No area managers so if things go wrong in stores it has to get really bad before anyone notices. - Some things from head office come across as disorganised and rushed.

      It is toxic- not the product but the environment

      Pros

      Some great co-workers (on the shop floor plus the brand trainer who really wanted me to develop and succeed), exceptionally nice customers, bonus system if there are great sales, innovative products (not all).

      Cons

      Upper management is unprofessional, disorganized, unethical, expectations are unrealistic creating a toxic environment to work in. Felt I was just a resource to use not a real human being.

      Impossible to make a career.

      Pros

      Fun people to work with (other employees), flexible hours and days, half price discount and they let you have your birthday off.

      Cons

      Dangerous workplace, High demands from staff with out high level of pay, Little chance of promotion or making a career other than as a short term, student style, job. Even at half price some of the products feel over priced (remember we see how much they cost to make)
